NEW SEEKERS (age 40-60) - 202 - with Dean & Ginny Ferguson, Chris & Dena Cooper
Married or single, you are welcome to become part of this class studying basic ways to understand and appreciate the Adult Friend Quarterly. Teachers and class members extend care and support to each other and to missionaries, Voicu and Ana Marian, in Romania.

FRIENDSHIP CLASS - 205 - with Ron Jones using the Adult Friend Quarterly. This vibrant class of older saints loves to welcome each other and visitors. With a strong heart for foreign missions and for our own church youth program, these active seniors approach Bible study, worship, and fellowship with fun and concern for the spread of the Word.

CRUSADERS CLASS - 207 - with Dr. Ed Mitchell & Roxanna Beck. Attended primarily by median age saints, but welcoming anyone. Beginning with pastry and coffee, this class welcomes visitors and regular attendees with sharing and prayer before the study of the Adult Friend Quarterly. Outreach to missionaries and response to crises of church members gives this class the opportunity to put into practice their deepening knowledge of the Scripture.

COVENANT CLASS - Family Life Center, main floor - with Chris Woolf. There is always room for more. Come for a time of prayer, praise, and sharing in this large class of adults of all ages. Bring your Bible and a willingness to receive a challenge from the Lord.

DECISIONS - 208 - with Carl & Debbie Gustafson. This energetic class of couples and singles will be studying the New Testament letter to the Ephesiansas they seek to apply God's word to their various life and family circumstances. Visitors of all ages are welcome.

FAITHFUL STEWARDS - Fellowship Hall - with Ron & Joyce Sigman. Visitors and regulars are welcomed with "open arms" to this class of adults of any age. After they take an 8-week break, they will consider "When Life Seems Unfair" a Day of Discovery Bible Study led by Ron..

FAITH, LIFE & FAMILY - 204 - with Alan & Connie Houk. This group, with many young children among them, welcomes you to meet with them after you drop your children off in their own Sunday School classes. They will be
focusing on "Family Ties  in your marriage. All ages are welcome.

The first Sunday of the month at 10:45 is Family Worship Sunday - children in grades 1-6 sit with their families, sing the worship songs from the song sheets in their worship packets and learn from their families how to participate in sanctuary worship.

JESUS: A FRESH LOOK - 201 - with Lisbeth Stanford. You are welcome to jump into this class at any time. We are studying the teaching of Jesus, beginning with the book of Matthew.

10:45 A.M.
SOJOURNERS - 208 - with Anita Williams. Singles, single again and married couples (ages 35-80) study together the Adult Friend Quarterly. After sharing prayer requests and blessings, the class then searches the deep truths of the Scripture in an informal but authoritative manner.

40 DAYS OF PURPOSE - 203 - with Paul & Steffy Hubbard. Here is your chance to find out what The Purpose Driven Life is all about. Bring your coffee and Bible. Paul will have everything else that you need for this life-changing study.

NEWCOMER'S ORIENTATION - 205 - with Connie Bancroft & Outreach Pastor Gil Goodwin. A One-Sunday class periodically through the year for those individuals who are new to Alliance Friends Church. MEMBERSHIP CLASS - 202 - with Connie Bancroft & Jerry Hart.
The curriculum for this class will be geared specifically for those individuals who desire to become members at Alliance Friends Church. It is an 8-week session and will be offered  on Sunday mornings at 10:45 a.m. The next session will be offered September 21-October 26, 2008. Winter Quarter will send out "God's Call to the Christian Community" What does God have to say to the community of believers - His church - today? In his Gospel, Luke shows us what God's call is and to what god calls us. Luke sets his account of Jesus firmly in its historic context, writing of a real person and real events. He calls all of us to find our valued place in God's kingdom.
