EXPERIENCING GOD, KNOWING AND DOING THE WILL OF GOD - a 13 week Bible study began Tuesday, January 22, at 6:30 p.m. in Room 208. Among other places, God has used this Bible study to introduce men in Angola Prison in Louisiana to Himself. Lives have been redeemed, and the prison has been changed from one of the most violent to one that now has over 200 inmate ministers and a fully accredited Biblical seminary. If you want to dig in and get serious with God, you are welcome to be a part of this study. Cost is $10 for the workbook.

ParentShare group starts in Room 201. Led by the Cravens and the Gustafsons, and facing the loss of children through death. This group plans to actively reach out to other Alliance area families who suffer from the death of one or more of their children of any age. Hope, caring, and dealing with grief is available through Christ centered teaching and fellowship. This group meets Fridays at 7:00 p.m. Monthly fellowship and business suppers announced.       GriefShare, an 11-week support group.
Grieving the death of a family member is difficult, and we need all the support and help we can get as we go through the grieving process. Listening to other people who have gone through this unbelievable sorrow, and sharing your own experience, makes this a very helpful, healing ministry. It is open to anyone who has lost a loved one. We meet in Room 208 with Carl & Debbie Gustafson. (check the Midweek Memo to confirm meeting time as this group does not meet year round)

* These are examples of small groups being offered from time to time. Be sure to see the Midweek Memo to see if the group you're interested in is being offered at this time. These are Opportunities for refreshing and growth in Christ.
