Pete Donahue currently serves as the part-time Director of Sports and Recreation. Pete and his wife Donna have been Alliance Friends Church members since 2001 when Pete joined the ministry staff team. Pete works full-time for Alliance Abrasives as national sales manager and Donna has home-schooled all four of their children. Donna also is a Court Appointed Special Advocate, or CASA worker.

CASA volunteers are appointed by judges to watch over and advocate for abused and neglected children, to make sure they don't get lost in the overburdened legal and social system or languish in an inappropriate group or foster home.

Pete and Donna have been married for 34 years.
