Remember our military...
Each Sunday we will have envelopes addressed to each military person, of whom we are aware, on the Sanctuary Foyer (phone) table. We are asking you to pick up an envelope and  write a personal note to him/her, sharing news of home as well as reminding them of God's love and ours. (FYI: Giant Eagle has a very nice selection of cards for service personnel). In addition, there will be a collection box under that table for care package for suggested items from the following list:

        flavored tea / honey / cool-aid / hot chocolate / instant coffee / spam / tuna single foil pouches / microwave 
        oatmeal packs / gum / cookies / crackers / can cheese / nuts / mints / cheezits / goldfishes / sunflower
        kernels / noodle cups / candy (nothing that melts) / Frito's / potato chips / sandwich bags /
        NO (BEEF OR PORK) JERKY

        baby wipes / toothbrushes/toothpaste / liquid soap / shampoo / chap stick / deodorant / razors / hair brush /
        comb / air fresheners / NO SHAVING CREAM OR BAR SOAP

We plan to send boxes at Christmas and on a regular basis thereafter. If you have a family member serving in the military and would like to add him/her to our list, contact the church office at 330-823-4210 and they will get a message to Sheila Moore, Connie Houk or Cheri Downs.
