RECONCILIATION MINISTRIES - When people experience conflict, the results are painful. Through this ministry, trained conciliators assist people in conflict, individuals or groups, with reconciliation and resolution through confidential coaching, mediation, and/or arbitration according to Biblical principles vs going to court or using secular mediation (see I Corinthians 6). Click here for testimonies. If you would like to attend a training session, email Connie Bancroft at firstname.lastname@example.org. Below is information about the upcoming Peacemaker Conference:
To request an initial conversation with a conciliator, contact Connie Bancroft or Jerry Hart either by email or by calling the church office at 330-823-4210. They will thoroughly explain the process and assist through confidential dialogue.
When appropriate, overseers will be involved according to Faith & Practice #523. "Let us therefore make every effort to do what leads to peace and mutual edification." Romans 14:19 (NIV)
